Our story
We began by documenting the small decisions that experienced installers make automatically: checking the floor before leveling, identifying connection limits, protecting finishes, and testing before leaving. Those observations became structured lessons for learners who prefer clarity over bravado.
Today, our curriculum serves homeowners, property teams, retail service staff, and emerging technicians. It stays grounded in manufacturer guidance, local requirements, and the simple rule that uncertain work deserves a qualified professional.
